COSTELLAZIONI MILANO
Multidisciplinary work
Berlin and Porto, 2021

Costellazioni Milano featured in the ‘Vergissminnicht’ site-specific installation at Hošek Contemporary, Berlin, 2021.

Inspired by Ariosto’s Orlando Furioso (1516), Costellazioni Milano is a map of 74 plasters lost on Milan’s streets, pinned as twelve new constellations, a shift in medieval astrology’s symbolic narrative and archetypes. Each plaster’s location is linked to a sound created in collaboration with sound artist Luca Longobardi. The sound is joined to a projection of the digitalization process on a semi-transparent fabric.
